Mirror

Reflected in shards,
Folding the cards,
Failing in the past,
Contemplating my last…

Dreams are like a mirror,
Forced, uneven, emotional,
A fist against the glass,
Now time can't pass…

Trickles of blood are all I have left,
They trace my hand like crimson veins,
To the future I am deaf,
Let me dance in this summer's rains…

Spin in circles; masterpiece,
Pen and paper; feast,
I see the love I let go,
So I just watch the blood flow…
